    Re: AEG Main Oven Removal

Whole oven has to come out of kitchen carcass. Usually 2 or 4 fixing screws down the side of the frame. Open oven doors to spot them.

    Bosch WAE24369 damaging clothes

Tough one to call but you at least have inspected it and found nothing wrong. Your customers only option is to contact BSH to get them to check it out. That’s up to your customer though not you.

It may be a case of wrong fabric washing on the wrong cycle. Overloading or detergent abuse too. Not your problem.

    Re: Bosch WAE24369 damaging clothes

Next, and most obvious question, have you inspected the machine and seen the damaged clothing first hand? Your customer is within their rights to demand a replacement machine , repair or refund, unless of course you can prove it was wasn’t faulty when they bought it.

It’s got to be a damaged drum or drum paddle I would have thought or dramatic overloading issues.

It might be time for a full defrost. What is the model number anyway?

Buy any free standing dishwasher then remove the worktop (lid) the best way forward.

Better still call the guy that installed it as at only 8 months old must still be under warranty. We can’t help you other than that!

You’re on the wrong forum matey. You need a plumbers/heating engineer forum not domestic appliances. We don’t mess with household Central heating. We have enough problems with washing machines and fridges here pal! 😉

I think the OP is saying that when it fails the whole oven shuts down as if the power is switched off? Then comes back on by itself? Suggesting to me that it is probably a power supply problem?

Perhaps Ken and Bryan missed this fact?

What is the product number (PNC no) of your appliance by the way?

I’d visit the Bosch web site and double check the part number first if I were you.
