    You need to Megger the heater for earth leakage as previously advised by helo_75

    I have changed one also on a W256W – same problem and yes the customer has been back on saying it still leaks sometimes but not as bad.

    I think the Mondia machines I used to repair were Philco’s

    Mine is working now. I just deleted everything, re-installed and restored again.

    Thats exactly what I did and no it didn’t work.
    I have managed to recover the original fault code guide via itunes so thats it for me.

    Right. Deleted original app leaving just the new Fault Guide. done another restore, and only have ISE codes and no others.
    Now I’ve lost all the codes from the old app.

    Then i get just ISE codes and nothing else.

    I am wondering what would happen if i delete the old fault code guide icon and then try and restore again via the new icon? the problem is though if i do that and the new version still does the same, then i would have lost all the other codes.

    Yes Martin have that, have clicked on the full version button, hit restore and still the same.
    Have noticed though that the original ‘fault code guide’ icon is still on my phone as well as the new ‘fault guide’ icon. now if i click the old one, i seem to have all the makes there.
