Check out the jug impeller…the small round plastic part, that’s the first thing after the water feed valve… If that’s ok,mother check out the matrix..

Sounds like the combined thermostat is faulty.. …a simple push fitting, though I can’t recall it’s exact position but lower back or front of drum is usual location… Costs around £20

Sorry I misread your post… Thought you had a problem with the “spin”. As for not rinsing I’d check your filter is clear..

It could well be the brushes.. If you have a problem with the commutator of the motor. Then the brushes would wear down prematurely . I’d check them just in case.

.and also check your filter is clear of debris..

That’s a drain pump fault I believe, check all your filters in base of machine thoroughly..then if its still th same check your waste pipe from the machine…

Easy to fit. Remove metal band from around rubber seal, then gently pull seal away.. Then hand in behind interlock, whilst you undo it’s mounting screws…

then take a note of where the wires go, then replace with the new one and re assemble in reverse order…

Check the door catch on inside of door, this should be sprung loaded and you should feel some restiance when you operate the door release handle. If this check out the it sounds like you need a new door interlock… Readily available from uk whitegoods..
