Remove plug, door outer panel, kick plate and lower cover plate. Drain pump is a twist-fit on the left underneath. It’s really, really awkward…..

No – fault codes on this appliance are indicated by the power lamp flashing in a pattern; ie 1-2-3-4-pause-repeat. The selector will also be clunking round.

In this instance, I would suspect that the pcb is damaged, due to whatever component short circuited – the OP will have to identify that component first. Lid lock, motor and heater are primary suspects.

I take it that you’ve received one of THESE?

This device is supposed to screw to the back lower panel, next to where the cable comes in. Live goes through one pair of terminals, neutral through the other.

Unfortunately, there is no official information to be had.

Re: Beko D3422 Dishwasher…. to buy or not to buy

Beko started at a pretty low base when they first appeared in the UK – they have got a lot better and are starting to creep into the mid-range on the quality stakes.

Just remember, you absolutely will get what you are prepared to pay for.

If the cooling fan won’t cut in, you’ll need THIS.

Power off if you intend to do this yourself.
