Lux Tech support = replace pcb. That’s it, all of it. Anything else and you’re working it out for yourself or looking for a company which will repair the pcb. There are a few out there – Google is your friend.

Error codes are displayed as E– and there are lots to choose from. I can find no reference to “C” codes.

If you are certain that the there is no circulation at all and that you can’t hear the motor running, there are a couple of possibilities.
Remove the plug and r/h side panel – the back end of the motor is facing you at the bottom. Using a non-sharp instrument, see if the motor is free to turn. If it isn’t, it may be jammed by a foreign body or the bearings may have seized due to water leakage. If it does turn, the start/run capacitor may have failed. In all these cases, you’d hear the motor humming but not turning.
I did have one some years ago where the motor ran, but the water didn’t move as the impellor had sheared from the shaft – this is definitely unusual with these Bosch-built machines.

You couldn’t find one of the numerous posts about Bosch machines underfilling? There’s one right HERE, not five posts below yours.

No water….. It’s not syphoning is it? Also check “size” setting – this may fit in with your display board problem if it’s not located properly.
Main pcb is 425895P if you decide to go that way.

You may have “Restart” turned off.
Power on at socket and off at machine. Press and hold Wash Temperature Down, the press Power. Wait for the two beeps. Press Water Level Down to turn restart on – Low Water Level led will light. Do this whilst holding the Advance button to set into memory. Power off, then try it….

Don’t know what you’re grumbling about, Jim. I’ve got to deliver a 10 to Rotherham tomorrow – a round trip of 70 miles.

Water level should touch the salt cap, not fully immerse it. Remove the r/h side panel to reveal the fill matrix – this is where the sump tube finishes. The bottom of the matrix itself may be gunged up. You may hit lucky and be able to clear it. You will also be able to access the sump tube from the other end fpr extra cleaning.
Power off first, mind.
