Can’t find info for this model but if you’ve a Connect account you should be able to use info from ZWD16581W in mediator. It has same system as your model. Hope it helps.

Returned to this machine today. Fitted front sensor but no joy. Machine still cuts-out after five minutes. I could hear one of the relays on the pcb clicking as the dryer cut out. Could this be the point at which the motor reverses ❓ Does this model have reverse action ❓ ❓ Not had any replies yet, so here’s hoping 😕

E21 is circulating pump blockage. Possibly plastic wrapping off of something where plates haven’t been rinsed off. E24 is drain filters blocked.

Make sure the drum hasn’t any damage where it’s been hitting the motor. Had this a few times.

Hi, I’ve a repair with exact symptoms. Switch on, tumbles and heats for five minutes, halts and after a few seconds the start light flashes continuous. Can’t find fault codes for these but guessing front sensor. Resistance is around 18.5 k/ohms at room temp.

Might be bad connection to/or flow meter on the air breather (behind side panel). Had exact fault with Bosch and Beko dishwashers.

Re: Hotpoint WDL540P UK C dryer ntc

Just concluding this one. NTC had a very slight insulation fault caused by damp entering the cap. Fitted direct replacement with plenty of heat silicone to reduce a repeat occurrence. All good 😀
