ParticipantRe: Qualtex part numbers
I’ve got an online account, look up part nos. on Connect and then check on Qualtex and usually save a few £££s.
Have you asked them for an account?

Still nothing here and getting warmer.
I remember in the 80s the diesel was freezing/waxing up in the pump and the van wouldn’t start unless you put a fan heater on it for about an hour. They seem to have cured that problem these days.

Took me a while to figure that out Mike 😉
EMW do but have to talk to the customer first.

Thanks for the info Jim.
I even tried another tacho and both read ok and the wiring is fine. It seems to do the two spins wherever it’s set in a way like the wash sequence with a pause in between. I did suspect the timer but wanted to check out my tachos first.
Timer it will be.
Banksie (not the grafftti artist) strikes again 😆

Last year this area was the only one to escape the snow, it seemed to circle the Swanage, Weymouth and Dorchester area. Not a flake settled and all I wanted were a few days off but couldn’t fob off the customers as they knew it was clear 😥
An hours snow last Friday evening was gone by 11pm so work again today.
Here’s hoping for some later in the week.

PS. sorry if this is not in line with others thinking but it’s my view.robbra

That’s a complete machine then if the cabinet is damaged. It doesn’t make sense not to exchange.

ParticipantRe: Beko Condesation
That’s asking for trouble especially in this weather. I used to have lots of machines in London that were put in old outside toilets but I refused to guarantee repairs on the grounds of damp and freezing and tumble dryers a no-no with steam and condensation. They don’t mix and that was with just timers, way before all these electronic boards.

Good luck Paul.
Let us know how you get on.

ParticipantRe: hotpoint w/dryer loose top weight
Yeah! Lash it down with polypropylene parcel strapping all around the tub several times, round and round and round. All trussed up like a Bernard Matthews frozen turkey….that’ll do it….it’ll never shift no more!!! 😈 💡
BOOTIFUL!!!
Well, someone had to 😉R.I.P.

Sorry Petal 😉
I’ve done 2 LGs this week for impellers falling off Plasets from Italy. Used Akolls as they are about the best nowadays.
