    Dave have pm you, will I need to disconnect gas parts to gain access to cooling fan. Not gas trained.

    Martin. spot on. I removed and cleaned side tank and transfer pipe some slight gung found. works fine now.

    Sure there is a manual release lever, if you open the flap to drain filter. pull down. if that dosent release door, Interlock / release mech possible faulty, if ok you need to check voltage into solonide then work backwards to supply. hope this helps

    Jim, called before xmas to one installed in a beauty palour, running most of the day, it also went dead, but reset after some time, (I was told on this site) that the machine isn’t designed for this extream use, possibe motor cutting out as fitted with internal toc.
    This may not apply to your job, but hope this helps.
