ParticipantRe: possiable re-gas needed
It sounds like a refrigerant leak on the internal pipework, assuming your friend would have found it if it had been on the external pipework.

ParticipantRe: Scrap value
I got £60 last Friday; interesting to see what it is tomorrow when I weigh in. I’ll report back in due course.

ParticipantRe: Hannons Property Lettings Agency, Manchester
I think the company is in financial difficulties but I’ve never met the directors [the Hannon family] so it’s difficult to tell. The builder has been to one of their houses and appearances would indicate that they’d have no trouble paying us with their personal money if they wanted to.

ParticipantRe: Rosieres Range Cooker 4040DB
Thanks for that Bryan. If you don’t move the cooker, how do do the outer ones? Is it the same way, from underneath?

ParticipantRe: refridgeration thermisters
They are all different but tend to operate between roughly 10 and 50 Kohm.
Negative temperature co-efficient [ntc] thermistors increase in resistance value as the temperature reduces and positive temperature co-efficient thermistors decrease. NTCs are more common but you may find PTCs in some appliances.roly16
ParticipantRe: Whirlpool Diplomat ADP8322 Flowmeter.
I’ve recently successfully replaced the reed switch [ which wasn’t closing properly ] on the small pcb. It’s CPC part no. SW00172; 61p.
The diagnostics correctly indicated a flowmeter fault.

ParticipantRe: CDA door seal
Was it fairly straightforward once you decided to use the Beko spring clamp? Can we have the Beko part no. for future reference please?
