Re: AEG75106GA So called frost free

You need to say defrosting will not cure the fault and you need him to test the defrost system to find out the faulty component to replace.

If it is a frost free and it is not defrosting then you have a fault on the defrost system.

It may have a faulty defrost heater , thermal fuse or sensor on the defrost system.

Re: Schreiber APM6325 SX not cooling

The water drains into the base on this model and holds more water than a normal compressor drain tray.

The water will evaporate into the air with the heat from the condenser and the compressor, and air flow from the fan.

If the compressor is cutting out ok you need to check the door is closing ok as you can get problems with the hinges.

If the door is closing ok then you can sometimes get a problem with the thermostats on this model,

Sometimes they stick in the off / defrost and if you tap them hard they cut back in.

If the door is ok then I would think the thermostat is the problem.

Re: Beko Leisure HJA6100 Fridge Freezer

The fan has stopped working in the freezer.

It is iced up or the fan is faulty.

The panels are held on with the Screws and you just have to pull them off carefully as they clip in on both sides.

The fans on this model are cheap and the Beko American is more reliable than most.

Re: Schreiber APM6325 SX not cooling

You need to check the fan is working at the bottom front left hand side as sometimes the box holding the fan falls apart and needs to be clipped back together.

Make sure you turn the mains supply to the fridge off before fitting it back together.

The water in the fridge is because the drain is blocked under the salad box’s.

You can clear it by putting a Phillips screwdriver down it to clear the hole.

There is nothing you can damage beneath the hole and if you clear it with water in the bottom you will see it drain away.

Yes it should be the 48 degree cut out stat for the Grill but you can double check as it is normally marked on the stat

It may be the thermal cut out for the Grill open circuit.

The outer section is for the oven, the inner section is for the grill.

The inner section will only work with the door open.

Did you have the door open to test.

It has lost the refrigerant or the compressor is not pumping.

    Not cheap to repair

Re: Hoover HNMF 2605A L Fridge / Freezer.

I think the sensor may be foamed in on this Model.
If you turn the control Knob to off and the fridge continues to run it will be a module fault.
If it turns off then it is the sensor faulty.

The module may be obsolete now but you can get an alternative but you have to break off a part of he PCB depending what version it is.

The module normally comes with instructions.

If the module has a foamed in sensor then I would say it is ber.

    Hope this helps

What is the fault on this one is the fridge freezing or not cold.

We just have electric hook up and an electric blender when we go camping in this country.

We also have mini kitchings two hobs oven/grill and spit roast.

Free view tv fridge etc so the Americans still have some catching up to do.

    Thanks

I thought it was as I have had fan faults on a couple of other makes with F15

It helps if you no the fault code before saves time
