Re: Miele G 975 SC plus inlet outlet

On the side tank there’s a flow-meter, a wheel spins with the water & a magnet on the wheel should send pulses via a reed switch on the little p.c.b attached, to the circuit board to count the amount of water that has filled. If the wheel is not turning or the p.c.b has moved to far away it may not be picking up the pulses.

Yes, cable connections to flowmeter problematic or flowmeter moved away from magnet & not picking up pulses.

Most of them are fixed with a screw from drum outer side. Sometimes they can be accessed by removing the sump hose or detergent drawer hose. Be careful not to drop screw between drum & tub though.

There is a service manual but if you look at the forum rules for here we can’t give out technical data to the general public.

May be dodgy board either, these ones with the board laying flat under top lid are prone to condensation forming across the tracks and giving false readings, worth a try to check.
But double check heater, Megger it & check for earth leak as advised. Most likely element is low to earth or there is an earth fault somewhere on the appliance.

Only H37 code i’ve found refers to temperature sensor abnormality, as its a steam jobby i’d imagine it refers to the steam generator sensor, as i’ve never come across the code on normal machine.

Re: My new washing machine is totally unsuitable for my need

Jaqueline, just to clarify, do you mean you are using the product at 20-30-40 percent of the drums capacity, or do you mean that these washes are at the temperature 20-30-40 degrees etc?
It does have a 30 minute quick wash function.

Re: low pressure washing machine (0.3 bar)

I’ve an LG, have it near 10 years, only had to replace door rubber.

Inlet valves need a certain amount of water pressure to keep the diaphragm seated in the solenoid. They tend to trickle through if there is poor pressure & this can overfill & leak overnight for instance.

    Am in Ireland too…

Thought they were sorting out the water system for you’s down there, aren’t you being charged for it. 😈
What make of machine are we talking about here, most appliances with poor pressure will leak water in all the time as they actually need pressure of water to keep the solenoid valve closed.
