I think its a split tub on this machine, at least on most of them so bearings can be replaced separately, you need to take off the top & look to see if the tub assembly is fixed around the middle with screws or plastic welded. Welded type is expensive to do screwed tub means bearings can be replaced.

Would’nt really advise live testing. Have you checked the motor carbon brushes for wear, hopefully new brushes will cure the problem, motor would be very expensive. Part num’ is 1246179061. It should flash 5 times if the motor doesn’t turn as an error code.

E20 is normally the pump faulty,if its excessively hot it may point to the impellor not turning & the pump running too long. Hopefully a new pump will cure the problem.

Should have another 4 on that model number, correct num’ is 444445057 (E654)

    082590800 REGULATOR energy MP V01SV
    082045800 REGULATOR energy 30ER22MHT KB

either if these would do, presuming 30ER one was superseded, all rings & grill use single reg’s

    Model is correct.
It gets its feed off KN3-7 on main board grey wire, neutral from KN2-1 motor board which is linked to other components & may need to be traced. It will also get a feed off float switch if water activates it, check float switch for burning, these have been prone to failure.

    Re: AEG ÖKO-LAVAMAT 76665 Error C7

Pressure switch should be closed on contacts 11/12 & 21/22 when empty, on filling it should switch to positions 11/14 & 21/24, contacts 11/12/14 being first level & 21/22/24 being second level.
From what you have posted it seems the pressure switch works as it should.

    Re: AEG ÖKO-LAVAMAT 76665 Error C7

C7 is a heater related fault as you say, have you tested the heater with a megger? Does it have an earth fault perhaps? Relay would be on the circuit board to the side. You test it with a multimeter, checking that the contacts open & close & make a circuit when they close, you would also check the relay coil for continuity.
There are 2 pressure switches on this appliance, the large on controls the heater. Level switch just gives a level measurement to control board.
It may be time to get an engineer to check it is proving difficult.

Is the end plate, which includes tacho coil & brushes etc, available as a spare for these?

If you think they both need replacing, then replace them, can you post numbers of the said “things” as they are not easy to read of picture, perhaps someone will be able to help you source them.

Position 10 is basically the position you read error codes in, so if you see E90, hold in the two buttons & faults should clear, clearing fault codes doesn’t repair the problem though, it just removes them from memory.

I think “the box shaped thing” is a relay. It should be available to purchase from an electronics components supplier. There should be identification on to the relay as to its rating etc.

    Re: More shattering news!

Have seen many with score marks on the glass from drum scrapes also i’ve been to one that had a shattered door glass which I found what I thought had caused it to happen.
The pin securing the hinge was fitted incorrectly in manufacture & was on top of glass.
There still was part of the glass under the pin around edge of door when I dissasembled it. It would have caused stress on the glass on every opening & closing action & after a period of time it goes boom.
