Not sure if this will work but have you tried Power off and then power on.
    Press the SPIN button.
    Press the START/PAUSE button.

Yes Rob , the phone is an android phone similar to the iphone (but i prefer this phone to the iphone after playing with both but thats just my personal choice). You can do quite a lot with these phones and the applications you can download are very good . I have loads of technical pdfs and also the uk whitegoods fault code guide on mine and it loaded no problem … connects to wifi and internet and is pretty quick, also have google maps on mine that i can use even when i am not using internet which is handy if you forget the sat nav lol. There is much more that these can do but i’d be here all day going through stuff lol.
Very handy indeed if you don’t want to carry a laptop around..It’s easy to load a service manual on before you go out to a job (you don’t need to access internet to view all your saved files etc ).

    Re: TDS Disc

Hi , are you trying to start it from the disc or did you copy the contents to a folder on your hard drive… The only way i got mine working on laptop was to create a new folder then copy from disc to folder then remove disc once copied .Then went to where i placed the folder and installed from there . Worked perfect for me.

George Thanks George. i did try that but the clip kept bouncing back up so used above method which was easy but just wondered what others used 😛

    Re: zanussi zdt6244 resistor

Hi , was it just a blown resistor you found or did you find anything else gone ? I’d be very surprised if it was just a resistor that had gone on it’s own.

I think most of us do live testing at some point .As long as you know what you are doing then i don’t see an issue.Have worked on TV and pc monitors before i became an engineer so used to live voltages.
