Re: Candy Washing Machine switching on and off

It may be a stupid question but is the power plug hanging out the wall behind the machine. I have come across this a few times over the years.

Re: gas ignition igniter 1.5 votls or 12 volts. anyone know

Lol. I will always remember the time i cut straight through the cable on a Henry when I mistakenly unplugged something else in the workshop. Needles to say my pliers could never be used again.

Re: Setting maximum power on Hotpoint (Indesit) induction ho

Is this a programming or debug socket ?

Yes this is what hotpoint connects there computer to.

It sounds like its a new machine to me? If so give them a quick ring and they will help you, If its out of guarantee there are a few people that wont touch induction hobs so you may have to ring around but I only say this as it sounds like you have a fault and advise you to repair yourself but that’s up to you

    Re: Dishwasher intermittent heating fault

YEs its a PCB problem. I have an aeg that does the same. you will find your dishwasher is made by AEG ( Electrolux)
If I turn mine off just for a few mins it will heat but if any of my kids open the door in mid wash it stops heating. This is why i only put mine on late at night and though i’m in the trade the PCB for mine is still £150 ish so a simple turn off and on is what we do

    Hi.
These machines show up a fault even with a low leakage on the element. Most I have looked at with E08 have needed a new element.
I would guess you only have a box standard meter for checking over your machine that may not pick up the problem.

Re: Bosch Exxcel SG45E02GB/45 Control Module Fault?

It sounds like it to me. I have an aeg dw that will only heat if you turn off the mains for 60 seconds befor I select a new wash program. open the door in mid was and I lose the heat, Relay problem on the main PCB.
