Are you using a new pressure switch? Fat in the diaphragm makes it stick when warm.

No ukw one shows a bracket support clip and screw kit. Looks like elementman has a replacement correct one like the original. Will order from there.

Ive just done one with simple broken door handle. Fitted new gen handle kit and interlock. It wont lock until you press start a slight click is heard but then open door and slam it then cycle begins. 1 1/2 hours on it with every combination of new old latch spring etc. It improves if you loosen door hinge screws and pull door towards the lock and retighten but still not perfect . Maybe hinges or bent cabinet?

Im no miele expert but have you checked flowmeter? I think its the same as a whirlpool adp8332.

Did that years ago. Ended up with cashflow problems on stop with suppliers. Renegotiate terms or drop out of it.

Yes ken when I got to grips with it found the feed pipe was flexible rubber not plastic!
