    ive had a few where the start microswitch on the user pcb has come off causing exactly your problem.

    you have probably pulled off or split one of the two pressure hoses that run up the side of the drum or cabinet next to the condensor worth a check.

    thats interesting because connect were selling these elements as genuine last year packed in plastic bags with a piece of paper inside with genuine part number printed on it, and im pretty damn sure that they come acked in brown paper.

    the known error codes section at the top of the page is a great place to start looking as a clue to the fault then all will be revealed, is a common problem on these

    check heater and ntc if you already havnt plus wiring to ntc.

    haha went to an undercounter fridge yesterday (whirlpool) 😆 made in p.r.c also a while back went to a hoover slimline dw again made in p.r.c.

    also there is a mod for evap sensor move it from bottom and fix to top of evaporator

    yes it has 3 oven elements, 1 is used for fan assisted cooking (a circle with a fan in the middle and 2 elements on coventional heating ( 2 horizontal lines) if you normally cook on contentional then an elemnt failure would cause this problem as would a faulty door seal hope this helps
