    Hi Banjo,
you need to be more specific,Who advised you to replace your module?
and more importantly whats wrong with the machine?
To keep throwing replacement parts at a machine in the hope you find the fault is expensive and illadvised.

Re: Bosch WFP3201 Front Cover removal

If you only want to check the sump hose lean the machine back 45 degrees and get someone to hold it.
This should give you access from underneath the machine. To remove the front of the machine is just making more work for you as you will have to remove the doorseal and possibly even the door inter lock.
Remember to unplug machine before doing anything.

Visible check of the brushes is the only way to check them, make sure you unplug first. It is unwise to buy anything unless you are certain of the fault.

Not alot to go on really.Unplug and take the belt off, spin the drum by hand and see if you can still hear the noise.

Different situation for me,starting to get regular bookings from the Spanish.
The spanish technicos charge 100euros before they get out of their vans, and never keep an appointment.
Just fitted a door seal to a spanish machine, the old guy told me he had been waiting for the technico for 2 weeks.

Not the customers fault this one.
Phone rang and voice said” is that steve who does washing machines?”
    “yes”
“Ive got a two week old Rommer that does not work the technico from the shop won’t come out because it is raining and they want me to load it into my car and take it back to them”

    Re: comercial machines

Hi chezza. the doorlock operates on a cam, which allows a push road to move in the locked position. This then allows a spring to push a metal contact against a micro switch, the metal contact was bent and witha minor tweak it is now up and running.
    Thanks for your input

Thanks guys,I have been told it is a Girbau.
Interesting reading on their website.I’ll get to see it on Monday, evidently it’s been playing up for months and yes they just kept slaming the door harder.

Just to put this post to bed, problem sorted. All I needed was a better pair of specs to see the dip switches.
As Martin said it was a walk in the park.
    Thanks again.

    Re: Bosch Pcb

Ok,just to make it a bit more difficult it is a Dutch model Wfo2452nl/07,
however it seems to be identical to wfo2467gb/01 as the parts list is identical on the Bosch website.
