Re: do you have to be a Qualified electrician

Years ago when I worked for Argos home delivery,we had to fit plugs to all tv’s computors etc. They gave us a days training just to cover themselves. We got a worthless certificate stating we had attended.

Brushes are normally situated at the 2 and8 o’clock position on the motor.
    Power off before doing anything.

The electrician was working on a new feed to supply power to wine presses and bottling equipment.Somehow he managed to connect it to the house supply.A mobile phone that was on charge flew across the room. The sparky looked up and said “oops”.

If the leads are fitted correctly the only fix is to replace the heater element

I’m not an expert on dishwashers, however I think you have answered your own question.
The leak will be coming from the holes you have found in the iwms(the blue tank)

If the “bra” is wrapped around the heating element, the only thing you can do is to take the heating element out and clear it.
Don’t forget to power off first.

Re: TEKA WMFI12 INTERGRATED WASHING MACHINE

Unless you have eliminated all other possibilities I would not rush to the conclusion that the pcb has blown again.Have you checked the brushes and the wiring to the motor?
Remember to unplug the machine before doing any investigations
