Check taps are tuned on, pluged in and turned on.
Pull machine forward a few inches to make sure pipes are not kinked.
Please post make and model number.

    hi paul
Pull the plug out first ❗ ❗ ❗
If this is the model with the crome 2″ disc’s inside the drum you will need to clean them, by wiping the surface of them. Do not dismantle the t/d.
The only thing that clean them well is lemon juice, but you can try viniger.
These get dirty if you touch them with your fingers.
Dont clean with wasing up liqid or deturgent because they all leave a coating on it.
do not clean with white spirits or meths because thay may catch fire and will certainly make you clothes stink 😥

    Re: ariston pump cover

    Hi rocky
    swich off first ❗ ❗ ❗
remove filter again and look inside the hole, check nothing is jamming the pump.
If you cant see anything in the hole or filter you must call out an engineer as parts will need replacing and the w/m checking before use, otherwise it may burn out the new pump.
5 flashes just means the water has not pumped out.
