Re: AEG Dishwasher New PC Board Faulty?

Hi Colin thanks for the reply.
I’m not sure what you mean about the connections “A1 and A2. This board has connections marked A1 which is the main power supply then 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e, 1f and 1g. I did notice that connection A1 had the location slots the other way around to the origional board so the plug had to be plugged in the other way around too. The board is slightly longer than the origional too.

    Thanks

Re: What’s the most stupid things customers say?

Had this one today when discussing the possible causes of a guys fridge freezer problem:
“It could be something to do with the gas” i said.
“No it can’t be anything to do with the gas mate, i’ve just had a brand new boiler and central heating system fitted!”

    Donut!!

Re: Lux Built In Microwave…No Heat.

Took a while to get around to looking at this one. It has a shorted high voltage capacitor. Now seeing as the capacitor for this is special order from connect and is around £50 i was wondering if i can use another of simillar rating or does it have to be exact? For example the capacitor is a 2100VAC 1.02uf and ive seen one for less than half the price which is 2300VAC 1.07uf. Or does anyone know where i can buy the correct rated cap for less?

    Thanks

Replaced the ntc on this but customer says it is still throwing up error mid cycle and then draining. It is heating. Apparently its not doing it on the cooler washes ie 55 degrees.
    Any thoughts on this please?

It’s the ally spider. I thought it was a straight forward remove spider job but it was the bearing kit with all the bits and pieces that confused me.
