    cant believe the jump in price £32.63 from connect and qualtex they used to be under a tenner.

    are they allowed to stop supplying parts I thought they had to supply parts for so many years after purchase.

    I had an identical hotpoint one yesterday it was crumbling like cheese.

    I never tip these machines up now at any time I will try a pressure switch as I had already tried all that reset stuff which I have never managed to make any difference. thanks

    i dont think i have ever bought a pcb from connect which has not been opened or used before i got it.
    they only take pcbs back if they are faulty,

    I get a call from Saleem at connect he always asks me to let me know if there are any parts i am looking for which i can get cheaper from Qualtex and he will get me a good price.
    So i phone him about a vestel door seal £11 fom qualtex £35 from connect.

    After an hour he phones back best he can do is £35.
    I told him i could buy from ebay cheaper but he is not bothered,
    I told him not to waste my time again
