It’s very easy to do on these.
Open the door, there is a screw on the left and the right that secures the outer door glass. Undo these, the top of the glass will loosen. You then lift and slide the outer door glass off. This will reveal the hinge brackets. Remove the screws on these brackets and the inner door lifts off and leaves the hinges in place. You will then see around 20 screws that you need to remove to get to the inner glass.
    Normally takes 15-20 mins 😀 .

The end of the aquastop just screws on to the tap/valve. It may not look like there is a thread there, but there will be.

Re: smeg microwave fme24x door hook

Its been a hell of a long time since I’ve done one, but if I remember correctly, the outer door unclips and it is very tight. With the door open, you need to start at the hinge side.
    Hope that helps.

You will need to slide the oven out to find the model number. It will be on a sticker on the top or the right hand side of the oven.

Thanks, I have a feeling that it is a case of very cheap items and using the incorrect program. But they don listen when you tell them it’s not the machine that’s faulty.

    Re: Bosch WAE24369 damaging clothes

I have only seen one garment. The top looked as though it was a that had been washed many times.
I checked the machine over and I couldn’t see anything wrong with it.

IIRC you don’t have to disconnect the gas, but the top does have to lift off to get at it. Very straight forward though. Some of them come off in sections, so you might only have to lift the left hand side.

Hi Don, it does look like it is items 14-17.
