Certainly worth checking the selector switch for burnt contacts as well.

When you say it cuts out, does the clock go off as well?. If not, things that I have done on these are, countless selector switches, also toc’s and I would also check the terminal block.

    Re: Miele oven H399B

    Thanks Don,
    the parts required are items 2 (pic 1), 21 and 22(pic 2) and 6 and 7(pic 3).
The fat screen isn’t shown, it is the stainless steel mesh disc that hangs on the back wall of the oven, if that helps.
    Many thanks.

Sounds like the child lock activated. I had one that we sold do the same thing, I think the customer had just kept her finger on the start key a little too long.

Does the lamp work. Could be the lamp blown and damaged the board

    Thanks guys.
Bryan, it would be great if I could get one from you. It is showing as out of stock from everyone else.

Thanks Jackal, it is the electronic control module that we need.
The other numbers that are on the appliance are 08351701 03.
    I hope that helps?.

    Re: Safe contractor scheme

We had one of the letting agents that we do work for insisting that we join up to this scheme nearly well over a year ago. We have been doing work for them for over 10 years and all of a sudden they came up with this and said we wouldn’t get any further work unless we joined. I looked at the cost and said we wouldn’t join, but we are still getting the work.

Re: neff micro wave – turntable turning when not in use ?

I have had a short in the turntable motor that has caused that fault. I couldn’t believe it myself, but nothing suprises me these days. Also worth checking door switches, failing that, it will be a board fault.
