ParticipantIt’s probably this one: https://minervaparts.co.uk/gb/heating-elements/2182-ring-element.html
The part number is MP2182. It might be worth contacting Minerva to check before you buy as technical information on Montpellier varies from thin on the ground to non existent.tedwards101
ParticipantThe Electrolux technical website does allow this, yes. However, only people within the whitegoods industry can access it.

ParticipantThe part number you quote doesn’t quite match my research but 809097504/9 is designed for the Polish built double ovens: https://shop.aeg.co.uk/cooking/cookers-ovens-hobs/telescopic-runners/oven-telescopic-runner-set/p/8090975049
On the other hand part number 561185411/7 is for German built single ovens: https://shop.aeg.co.uk/cooking/cookers-ovens-hobs/telescopic-runners/oven-telescopic-runner-set/p/5611854117
Looking at pictures of both parts on the AEG site, the positions of the post at the back end of the rail do indeed seem to be different.
I’ve found some 561185411/7 on ebay for £49 at: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/254214862731?itmmeta=01JZNETJT4H9RQVNRY30BVDF1X&hash=item3b3062f78b

ParticipantJohn Lewis JLBIOSS750 (PNC:94418243301) is fitted the telescopic runners and this is the part for them:

ParticipantSomeone at Exertis knows about it:
https://www.itdistri.com/post/exertis-adds-zanussi-home-appliances-to-consumer-portfolioDo let us know if you have any luck contacting “The Electronic Company”

ParticipantI’ve done a bit of digging on this and it appears that “The Electronic Company UK Ltd” have the licence for these “Zanussi SDA” appliances in the UK:

01922 929861As has been mentioned, none of them have Electrolux product numbers so spares cannot be sourced in the usual manner.

ParticipantProper Italian SMEG machines have split tanks. Unfortunately, they aren’t easy to find as most are rebadged Beko now.
tedwards101
ParticipantIf you can find one, proper Italian SMEG machines have a dismantlable outer tub as well. Most seem to be rebadged Beko these days though.

ParticipantThey only produce tumble dryers at Yate don’t they? Nothing else to prioritise unless they furloughed lots of workers.

ParticipantDid you order the genuine Bosch part? If so, it’s not the retailers fault. Pumps often come from different manufacturers under the same part number. Bosch will order thousands at a time and they’ll go for what’s cheapest in order to increase profit margin for themselves. As the white goods industry has become more and more competitive, costs have been cut. It’s possible all new Bosch machines are now fitted with cheap “no brand” pumps and they’ve used the same manufacturer to stock up the parts warehouse once the Hanning ones ran out.

ParticipantNo problems. It was just an observation.
Hopefully the information we’ve uncovered will help the original poster.tedwards101
ParticipantThe buttons are quite a bit cheaper in Italy!: https://www.filtrocappa.it/gb/brand-names/faber-roblin/keyboards-and-slider/kit-external-keys-for-faber-stilo-cooker-hoods-133-0078-943

ParticipantWith great difficulty I have managed to find the part numbers on the Rangemaster website:
Control unit: Part no. 1330157449

ParticipantThis looks like a real Smeg, albeit an integrated one:

ParticipantDo Smeg manufactured machines have a split tank? (I don’t mean the rebadged Beko models)
