That’s the proper Hoover part number. In stock with Connect.

I have used this harness before on similar machines.

    part number. 41032989

I don’t use all the kit just the plug then inline splice it away from any movement.

Can’t you just peel the door seal back?

Think this is dryer heater low insulation. Like the AEG machines.

    Did you check insulation?

Look for a dodgy solder point on the small module at the bottom.

When you say powered up do you mean when the machine is first turned on? Or that there is power to pump. If power to pump then I would just change the pump and see how it goes.

    I’m assuming that’s a Creda machine?
Does it spin if spin selected on its own?
    I assume you checked brushes?
    Is heater insulation low?

Appreciate your response. Did the repair this morning before your post, it is very straight forward. No hidden screws!

Thanks for reply but could really do with an exact procedure for this model. I too have done previous models but not this one.

Re: Sandy residue on clothes after washing

On most machines in my area where the heater hasn’t worked for a while or cold washes are selected there is a distinct orangey mud like build up. Which is just highlighted when a drum support is going. Especially if this Servis machine has 4 drum supports rather than three the noise isn’t always as detectable when one of the arms goes.

When I was doing a lot of Servis repairs for GBDAR I saw this loads of times. Usually down to the drum support going.

Really appreciate your time on this. I’m going to risk it with the complete unit. Fingers crossed.

    Re: W5320x0gb neff

I wouldn’t waste your time on the heater. (Out of interest what part was 23M?) I would be looking at the pressure vessel, 5p in the drain hose or possibly the customer.
