Customer: Ive got a John Lewis’ own branded machine I bought from you a couple of years back.

Me: No you would have bought it from John Lewis’.

Customer : What makes you think that.

Re: Health & Safety at work eh, tell me about it…

Last week I went to the worst smelling property I have ever been to.
I should have walked away as soon as the stench hit me.(Health & Safety issues.) This was as soon as the front door was opened.
I soon realised the smell was the customer covered in poo, to put it politely. He thankfully left me to it as I fumbled to open the kitchen window which typically had an allen key lock on it.
I spotted his mattress on one occasion which was in a worse state than his pants. This Im sure wasnt a one of accident but an on going problem.
I don’t know how I ate my tea that day.
All for £41. Why didn’t I get a job in a bank when I left school?

What happens when you run the diagnostics?
Can you select a drain or spin before it brings up errors?

Im sure some people have suggested really low or high water pressure can give this fault. Ive had a full size version of this machine where it was the module at fault.

Just a general clean up of seals and condenser normally does
the trick. Also check theres no air inlet obstructions.

Im sure it has a torx bolt on the pulley. So a good hit with the lump hammer and chisel to get it started.

Sounds like one side of the valve is faulty.
