Low insulation on heater can cause this!

If its the same design as the servis old machines then undo clamp and use three molegrips. Starting at the 6 oclock position put one molegrip and then the other two at three oclock and 9 oclock. This will allow you to tighten the bolt alot more!!!

If this dosen’t work change the tub gasket and tighten as above.

    9/10 timer, 1/10 main module.

Thats assuming the heater isn’t low insulation or pump open circuit.

If you search pe235 and timer, or hoover and timer, theres plenty there if you need it.

That two minute wait is normal isn’t it?

Can you get the manual for it?

If it isn’t normal you have to start by changing the lock?

(Long shot but do try plugging it in another socket)

Do you need to have the half load button pressed in to get the dryer to work?

    Overloading? Un-even load?

    Belt stretched?

    Drum bearings wearing?

The fact that its that in-frequent I would say its a loading issue.

I’ve got one of these to repair.

The fault is the same no heat.

I’m reluctant to repair this one because the customer says the machine has never heated from day one. They had indesit out who said there was nothing wrong.

I’m ordering a new board for it, as everything else rings out ok, but have got a bad feeling about it.

If you can get the truth out of your customer maybe the scenario is the same??

Clean out the black sump hose.

If that doesn’t cure it replace the valve assy.

Don’t think theres anymore to it than that?

(For testing purposes you can slave in a normal single valve.)

If you search ‘Bosch and F17’ it comes up as valve related problems.

Fill time out or open circuit coils.

I’ve mentioned it a few times that you can pop inwards the ty-wrap at the back and pull the connectors through the grommet area. You can with a fiddle pop the stud of the ty-wrap back in as well. Silicone up the grommet and jobs a good-en.

    I may have one??

I can have a look tomorrow.

It will be new but possibly programmed.

Same price as last time if I have. 😉
