ParticipantCan you supply the model and index numbers so we know which unit you have.

ParticipantThat is a mastic putty to stop the small capillary pipes rattling, squeeze it around the pipe and add some insulating tape around it to hold it together.
Tony R
ParticipantYes Pete all the sensors are the same, the green sensor is behind the panel at the end of the light housing and then screwed to the rear wall.
Regards Tony.Tony R
ParticipantHi Pete, from your descriptions, I would fit a new evaporator sensor in the fridge, it will be the green one.

ParticipantA compressor replacement can only be done by a qualified F-Gas registered Engineer, because of the refrigerants involved in your unit, R12 (a CFC) which was banned in 1992 and must be recovered for destruction with equipment that costs more than your fridge.
Tony R
ParticipantIf you can wait till it alarms, check the compressor and feel if it is running or not and at what temperature it is, ie cold warm or hot, and if not running put the superfrost on and see if it starts up.
Tony R
ParticipantHave you tried running it in super frost mode and checking the temperature after several hours in this mode ?
Tony R
ParticipantElectrofix is more than likely right in that the compressor is seized.

ParticipantTry looking for a solid state relay to replace the one that is on it, the Supco ICG220 may help you if you cannot get an original.

ParticipantWell done.

ParticipantYou have two green blocks in the display, the left hand block is for the freezer and only flashes with the red alarm when freezer is too warm, and it cannot be moved on the control dial, the green block on the right is moved by the dial to set the fridge temperature from 9-1 in degrees. If you are getting the 3 and superfrost on the fridge ( right ) flashing there is an issue with your repair, check your connections that you made with the crimps.

ParticipantExtra heat around the door frame, could indicate the condenser coil needs cleaning, it can be found generally at the rear of the unit by the compressor, if it has not been cleaned for a while the fluff builds up and then the fan cannot cool the condenser down enough and excess heat will occur around the door frame.

ParticipantI am not a great fan of Beko and do not touch them, but looking at the interior, it appears to only have one sensor in the freezer, which looks like the evap sensor, this ends the defrost cycle, I cannot see an air sensor, so it is possible the temperature in the fridge also regulates the freezer, so a sensor issue in the fridge not cutting the compressor back on soon enough will affect the freezer temperature, is it in a cold environment ? what temperatures are you getting in the fridge as well ? as mentioned changing the foamed in sensors is a question constantly asked on this site.

ParticipantThe panel 24 ( inner one ) is clipped in place down the sides, from memory, you have to insert a flat blade screwdriver and unclip the panel for access to the fan motor.

ParticipantFrom the issues you have mentioned, I cannot advise you on where the fault might be, it needs inspecting by a Liebherr Engineer, it is not that old ie production period Jan 2011 to April 2012, call 0333 0147 888 and they will give you your local Liebherr approved Engineer.
