    It could be 5239071 Temperature sensor NTC-40016 at £54 eeek~!!!! Or even the relay? my online Miele site is not listing a drawing :rolls:
    Have you a meter to check it? will ring tech again mon 😉

    The best tool ever!!! A pen type extendable magnet for all the dropped screws inside the cabinet 😉

    Motors from Miele carry a 10 year gaurantee, but Miele must fit em!! :rolls:

    Before rectifying the
    problem you must:
    – Turn the programme
    selector to the “Stop”
    position.
    – Switch the dishwasher
    off using the “On/Off”
    button.
    Water intake is restricted. – Open the stopcock
    fully.
    – Check the water inlet
    filter and clean if
    necessary, see
    “Cleaning the water
    inlet filter”.
    – Check the water level
    and if necessary
    increase the water
    intake time, see
    sections on these.
    Water outlet is restricted.
    Water remains in the
    wash cabinet at the end
    of a programme.
    – Clean the filter
    combination, see
    “Cleaning and Care”.
    – Clean the drain pump,
    see “Cleaning the
    drain pump and nonreturn
    valve”.
    – Clean the non-return
    valve, see “Cleaning
    the drain pump and
    non-return valve”.
    – Remove any kink in the
    drain hose.

    Had two of these recently dependant upon model number?
    If the element goes with one almighty bang it blows a link on selector switch :rolls: It can be clearly seen by burnt marks on selector!!!
    power off if checking hope this is helpfull?

    Hi matey just replaced a motor on one of these!! was seizing up and cutting out? take a fan with you? they can be a swine to remove sometimes :rolls:

    Hi matey i think the part you need is called a GUIDE part no 5321010 that holds the microswitches. And DOOR LATCH part no 5320790

    Hi matey not sure if this helps but i have had two of these doing this? I found it to be the big main board ribbon connection acts like a faulty connection on the plug!!!

    Strange fault this one matey i tried ringing tech but could not hold of tech guys? phone constantly engaged :rolls: only spoke to a nice lady who didnt realise we was not normal customers but approved repairers 😕 have sent an email to head of tech services, i hope to resolve the probs i have with getting hold of any tech info, our disc is out of date so waiting for a new copy 😉 As soon as i know fault will post it on here unless another Miele agent knows before me?
