Hi Matey just check your instruction book you can adjust the sensititvity
of drying light or turn it off! Some need to be also set for water hardness
this alters the sensor for moisture
    hope this helps Brian

Re: Miele Premier W500 stuck after power cut help please

only thing i can think of is the anti flood float as activated?
Try tipping machine backwards and see if any water runs out of the base?
Are the inlet and outlet lights flashing?
No other lights of faults coming on the display?
If main motor is running you should see drum turning? or if the drain pump motor is running when you remove the filter you should see the impellor turning? The only other motor that you might hear is mounted at the back of the soap dispensor drawer?
another other issue if machine was interrupted or programme changed you need to set it back to the wash programme you first set it on then let it finish! If still no joy you may need the help of a engineer? hope this helps Brian

It looks straight forward? Front panel off and seal clamp ring, looks the same as a domestic washer?

Fault code F 26 Water present in drip tray.
No water present in drip tray. On machines with a steam condenser and if the seal between the steam condenser and cabinet is defective, condensate can flow down the rear panel, along the underside of the cabinet to the sump. Here the water can cause an occasional short circuit at the float switch contacts leading to fault code F 26 being registered. Traces of such a water flow can only be seen after particularly close examination.

    3.11 Fault code F13

Fault code F13: Water intake fault at end of step.
The programme is interrupted and the drain pump is operated. The Inlet / Drain LED flashes. The fault will be indicated in the display or via LEDs. After approx. 2 – 4 min, the buzzer is activated for 2 min.
On models with software version ID 769, the buzzer is activated continuously until the appliance is switched off.
Background information: This fault is registered when the desired number of pulses, which varies depending on programme, has not been detected within a certain given time (max. 4 min) during the water intake in programme phases pre-wash, main wash, interim rinse and final rinse.
If the selected programme starts with softener flushing, the fault check is carried out sooner. If the fault is registered, the selected programme is cancelled after 30 s and the fault is indicated.
    Cause
On-site water supply not in order: Flow pressure too low.
    Remedy
The on-site water supply should be checked by a specialist.
    Cause
    Water inlet valve defective.
    Remedy
Check the water inlet valve and exchange it if necessary.
    Cause
The flow meter B3/4 is providing too few pulses.
    Remedy
Check the WPS (WaterProof System) valve Y2 (filter, restrictor disc).
Remove the left side panel, see Side panel removal.
Check that the plate with the reed switch on the flow meter B3/4 is seated correctly.
Check that the reed switch connection plug is seated correctly.
Exchange the reed switch if necessary.
Check the control lead from the electronic unit to the flow meter B3/4.
Exchange the water inlet mixer if necessary.
    Cause
Water flow pressure at stopcock less than 1 bar.
    Remedy
    Check the water intake.
If voltage is present at the electronic unit for the solenoid valve, check the solenoid valve Y2 leads for continuity.
Check the filter at WPS (WaterProof System) valve Y2.
    Cause
Filter in WPS (WaterProof System) clogged.
    Remedy
Disconnect the dishwasher from the mains.
    Close the stopcock.
Unscrew the WaterProof System from the stopcock.
Remove the washer from the threaded union.
Remove the filter with pointed pliers.
Clean or exchange the filter as necessary
    hope this helps?

    Item 10 and 7
One is mounted behind the plate at back of machine attached to heater
and the other is mounted in the ducting behind the front panel ( which is not an easy task removing the front casing 😥 )
But normally if these go short/open circuit the Hand iron led flashes? 😕
And if heater was overheating the safety cut-out would have gone ( the blue spot stat mounted on top of heater! :rolls: strange?
