That reminds me of the time i called to a vented dryer not heating!!
went to check vent hose and jumped six foot in the air 😯 3 mice nesting in the hose amongst the fluff 😮 they ran out and went behind the fridge.
Chap said “thats always happening” 😐

Hi matey did one about week ago took the machines back panel off completely leaving drum insitu, I think there was a screw somewhere holding either pump or cover?

Hi matey! Is the pump running? When you fitted the new pump did you notice a adaptor on the end of the motor shaft, its like a plastic sleeve
the motor shaft and pump drive are different sizes!!!

Hi matey a most common problem is a dry joint on the pcb board should see a seperate connector with two wires, one is red i think? hope this helps
power off please and beware of the sharp metal edges 😉
