Re: Diplomat fan oven slow to heat up

    Hi

Always wait for light to go out first before putting food in, the time for oven to heat up depends on ambient temperature of room if its very cold it will take longer. And get an oven thermometer to check the temperature

    Hi

It would be very expensive to cook if oven drew in fresh air all the time and expelled it into the kitchen ,
do not forget that when cooking with a fan oven you reduce cooking time

    Hi

YES . If its a domestic appliance thats what it should be used for domestic use only. They should be using a commercial machine. They usually buy domestic machines because they are cheaper instead of buying the correct type of machine. The machine is fit for the purpose it was built for. Its the seller who is in the wrong for selling the wrong type of machine.

    Hi

The timer on this model advances to correct position after start ( see page 9 of user manual under Start section ).When knob set to a wash the module controls the wash not the timer, by selecting 1/2/3or 4 you are telling module the wash that you want , so that may be working OK . Check the pressure switch is working correctly, have been to a few with faulty pressure switches.

    Hi

Quote from page 9 of user manual

To start the programme ,press the ON/off button. The indicator will light and the closed door will be locked in a few seconds. The programmer knob will rotate and advance to the correct point to commence washing. This is a normal function of the programmer ..
