    There are 2 versions of that oven ,the stat that you have been sent is for the other version and is not interchangeable with your oven.

    If you order the correct bearing kit it comes with instructions and shows the use of side cutters/snips to cut tabs.

    Its a complete drum assembly at about £160.00 bearings are not replaceable on that type of drum.
    How old is machine as might be covered under 5 year parts warranty.

    Also maske sure the drain pipe where it joins the spout on sink trap loops up and not down ,as water from sink can back fill into machine and cause a stink.

    You need to remove the oven from housing, then the back panel of oven ,the element is held with 2 nuts from the rear. Lots of elements are fixed this way.

    Switch off at mains first before attempting repair.

    The machine is not a Janus type so will not have the numbers Tim gave.You need a new board and use test sequence that I gave you, to test machine when new board is fitted.

    M6006 is a Vestel made machine

    To activate autotest. Select 40 delicate and switch the machine on holding the prewash button at the same time, all light/buttons will be on . If the TH,pressure switch and door mechanism are OK ,the on/off light will start flashing,all the buttons light will go off and the automatic test will start.

    Buyspares lists alot of parts Connect only list the control unit .Also if you Google there is quite a lot about TDC33 .
