Thanks for the response. This is a full size (60cm) dishwasher dating from the late 80s. The Bosch model number on the front is S210. Since my original post, I’ve found the bshappliancecare site and it has a parts list and exploded schematics for the machine (E Nr. 0730103556).
The parts list does not include the part number you quote so my machine sounds like it is different to the one you are describing.

VinceRe: Samsung side by side fridge freezer
Hi I have exactly the same problems with my Samsung side by side.
After various engineer call outs,when they defrosted with a hairdryer….we have been doing the same.First we only had problems with the fridge side.However now,the freezer side is acting up too.We are having to defrost every week or do and it’s driving me crazy.In fact we can only put frozen giids in the bottom drawer of the freezer,the rest only can be used as a fridge.The bottom of the fridge stays cold,but the top half is too warm to use.This was an expensive mistake,looks pretty but has been useless!It started to go wrong only a month out of guarantee.

I have got the same problem as you Andy.My problem began just a month out of guarantee.An engineer came out,didn’t wait for the iced panel to defrost and ripped off the back panel.
We have to manually defrost both the freezer and fridge every week or less.The electronic display goes haywire everyreezer so often,and basically we can’t use the freezer side,it’s too unreliable.
Looks great siver & swish but it’s been a very expensive mistake.
DO NOT BUY ONE!
Re: bosch dishwasher not rinsing properly
my bosch sgs 5302 isn’t drying. The user manual suggested that the rinse aid needed topping up. I did this but it’s still not drying. After a wash when I opened the door the inside was hot and steamy. now it’s cold and damp! Any suggestions? Heating element clogged with limescale? (element is not exposed so I can’t see it), thermostat? (where’s that?). Problem with having these things repaired is that it’s often cheaper to just buy a new one, which is a shame, because apart from this current problem the machine works perfectly and looks brand new (it’s about 7 years old). Thanks for any advice!

F12 is no comunication between theconsole and main power board, may need both boards aslo the connections between the may just need a fiddle with as this can cause same fault.

just to be sure this is the right pcb, it is the one near the floor to the left when facing the back 100mm x 250mm approx.

Unfortunately, the 13 month timer chip has kicked in just out of 12 month warranty. Looks like an engineer job then. Thanks for the help

Its a philips whirlpool and it definitely says ARB 580 P/H under “model”

Do you know something about the Nuova Ibmei m2-16-158/AR 27?
It’s in my washing machine Markling ZMSV 809.
All of a sudden, the motor is not turning anymore, only the pump is running. Therefore I was also thinking about changing the brushes, but it seems there are none. Or I would have to detach the motor first.Thanks for any reply advance
