ParticipantRe: Masterpart Offer To WTA Members
Hi Carl, sorry for the delay with the MasterPart stuff. Brian Creswell is away until 12th of August. I would imagine that there will be a quick response on his return.

Sounds like it is not detecting the pans or that the wrong pans are being used.. assuming that the correct pans are being used, I would say you have a problem with the largest of the 2 boards.

ParticipantRe: Next Up On TV
In my opinion it was a very big step forward in various ways given the tight position the independent are in.. Even though Lee8 thinks it gives him cart blanch to go rip-off little old ladies in order to get himself onto Rouge Traders :D.

Ring Beko Tech.. According to ‘Your Money Their Tricks’ last evening on BBC1, Beko are the only Manufacturers offering tech advice to independents… It’s got to be true, it was on the BBC 😀
Good Luck.. Beko Tech 0845 6004911

ParticipantRe: whitegoods fault code guide app
The £1000 – £2000 is based on doing approx 1000 machines per year; although I do a lot more than that.
Go figure the time it takes you to test a machine… Error code pops-up and bingo you have access to the fault codes. immediately you have an indication of where to start your search for the problem… Time saving on each job (if used) 15 mins worktime, or fuel and travel time ..
No, I don’t know about you but 15 mins time-saving is worth at lease £5.
Again, just an opinion.. Not falling out JJ, just giving some hypertheticals.

ParticipantRe: whitegoods fault code guide app
If someone offered you a book for £50 a year that could save you £1000 – £2000 per year in time, would you buy it? Darn right you would..
The cost of the app is less than the profit of one or two jobs, so what the bloody hell are you all bickering about. £3.99 seems a lot but for that money you are getting the immediate answer to the question you wanted answering and then you are getting further use of the app for the rest of the month.
I’d gladly pay £100 per year for the app because the value of the time it saves me far exceeds that.

Congratulations on the new UK Whitegoods shop.. Much snazier than the old one.
If it works, I can see it being of much greater benefit.
