Also check the connection blocks for oxi… I had one doing this a few weeks back.. The connections on the board were oxidized. A good clean-up lightly with wire wool did the job.

HTH? 😀
Thanks Martin… Do you think the elec specs are compatible? I’m no electrician, what do you think… it looks like it is 0.1uf instead of 0.2uf and is it strong enough to deal with 4 amps?

Here is the piece as Martin has just stated, on Page 5:
Sharp wrote:When replacing the plug please ensure that
you use a BSI or ASTA approved plug to

coloured 13 amp fuse approved by BSI or

Have a look on the back of the tank to make sure the valve is not stuck… Also have a look into where the tank fits, look to see if the valve which should operate the tank valve is still in tact.

Just contact TS .. Removal of a plug does not invalidate a warrantee unless the replacement plug is not of a sufficien standard to cover UK law. Notwithstanding this, The customer has paid you for your services and therefore you could identify the fault on the receipt. The item was faulty from the sales point and therefore the repair or a replacement should be forthcoming.

DrDill wrote:from where i stand as a PROPER retailer.
I’m not going to get into an argument here but I think you are having a few problems with your dictionary.
(Definition of retail (adjective) pertaining to the sale of goods to final consumers; of the sale of merchandise to end users)
I am a ‘Bricks & Motar’ retailer but I also trade on the internet, so in effect I have both sets of costs as do you, so I don’t see where your beef is. You don’t sell only goods that you have in stock, and that is all Ken does.
I don’t have a problem at all with the general type total internet retailers; what I have a problem with is the £1 profit per item retailers or add to postage retailers; those that make their profit from the postage but sell the item at cost.
After saying that … DrDill, I must agree with the others here. You are being very acidic in your choice of direct phrases, opinions, & comments. It would not take any effort whatsoever to refine your choice of words to accomodate ears that wish to take part in the debate but do not want to get into what seems to be a battle of words driven by hate/dislike. Anyone would assume that you do not like Ken and from the choice of responses given to him, that the reason would be because he is an internet only retailer.
Please .. try to compose yourself and not be so caustic in your responses.
