Here is the link to my post,
https://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/forums/forum/trade-member-forums/trade-technical-spare-parts-forums/trade-technical-enquiries/870863-neff-oven-u1ace2hn0b01Basically, there is a NTC repair set (part number 12027485) that cured the issue.

I found the part number available from ASWO but there doesn’t seem to be any actual ceramic or button stat included, is this correct?

ParticipantOh I didn’t realise the lock was a magnetic type, where would I offer up a magnet to test it then Dave?
Would I assume in the cabinet end!
asp11
ParticipantYeah that’s definitely the most logical thing because there’s clearly power to it. Thanks

Participantmatrixresonator wrote:What I did was check for voltage at the valves, also on fill swap the connectors over and the rinse valve should fire up to show if its working or not.
Just to confirm = the valve fixed the problem, so THANKS to you both for your help

Participantmatrixresonator wrote:Ive had this a couple of times, been a dead rinse valve both times.
That does sound logical but why can I hear a small squirt of water intake before it goes silent?

No just the once…… then it does what I described, very weird

ParticipantJust to confirm and help any future engineers — The dryer Pcb did solve the problem……. Ta Dave!
asp11
ParticipantI’ve checked it again this morning but no difference….. It still just shows the “end light” and I can’t cancel it or reset it
I’m sure it’s a case of pressing buttons rather than a part failure, as when it works is fine ?!?
asp11
ParticipantYes I’ve checked the wiring going to the dryer board and my research shows the same part number, so I’ll quote the customer and see what happens….. THANKS again Dave for your incredible knowledge Happy New Year!

Participantelectrofix wrote:have sent you the service info
Dave
THANKS Dave — I went back today and it did show up an error of = ed1
which is a communication failure between the boards….. the suggestion in the manual says to change the “WD satallite board” but I find that in the any part description, do they mean the dryer board or the main board… or are there more boards??asp11
Participantelectrofix wrote: uhave you gone into service mode and looked for error codes ?
have you checked water solenoid. Often these machines do a water check before starting dryer properly
Dave
I don’t know how to put it into Service mode unfortunately and didn’t know about the vavle check – it washes all ok though?
Is there a test mode on here somewhere, it didn’t come up when I entered the model number?December 22, 2022 at 5:38 pm in reply to: Candy washing machine – GVS 149DC3 — fills on spin #484987asp11
Participantkaibart wrote:Sounds like pcb if it filled then emptied
Yes, on a spin cycle it just filled & emptied again & again & again until I stopped it….. Haven’t really seen that before 🙁

the electric valve may have a flow meter
Dave
I’ve checked the parts list on Connections…. it has a triple valve but no obvious flow meter, other than the pressure switch — so not sure how to proceed, could it be that the water coming in is too cold hence the fault being intermittant??
