    Hi,
    Check the motor brushes. This machine attempts to rotate the drum before programmes start. If the drum doesn`t move the programme aborts.

    just received part no. stv082611359 and it`s the plastic front cover described by connect as switch bank. Anyone have part number for pcb with switches on it?

    A service bulletin did come out saying models before serial no.507KW……….. need the dispenser replaced with part no. 4925ER1012A although they only mentioned model WM12397TD

    Make sure the customer is allowing it to complete its drying cycle. It switches the heater off in the last 10 mins or so to cool everything down. If they stop it halfway through and take the clothes out this can bloww the overheat stat.

    Dave the fuse fits between two metal bits which the spring for holding it in place goes under. The square one is too big to sit between these and therefore would not be on the heater box.

    To put Bill`s mind at rest. A word from the normal man on the street.

    I have now sold 6 ISE machines and have received my van stock.

    As a matter of interest has any callouts be made to any ISE breakdowns yet?

    In their defence I can honestly say I have never had any reason for complaint about payment by ISDAL. They are as quick as anyone else I do work for.
