Don’t know if it will help but when I worked for Servis many years ago we had a model I think it was the 308 that did just the same.
The pump was mounted on a bracket that was to high, so that when the machine was full of washing and water the sump
hose went up to the pump and caused an air lock.
Servis brought out a mod, a smaller bracket for the pump to sit on.

This Part number C00057684 is what I fitted in December 05

Cannot rember what it said on it but from what you say it should have been a Bleckman.
I’ll have to go back and see if this one has gone down to earth, did not think it would be the heater again as it has only been in the machine three months!

    Thanks again

Thanks for the info, do you know part number?

Does it look the same and is it just a straight replacement?

    Re: Indesit WIE 157S Noisey

I know that I have seen any article in this forum about a week ago regarding Merloni machines that have had their shock absorbers fitted upside down
This would lead to excessive vibration and the front weight could hit the cabinet.

Do not know which models but belive it was on integrated ones.

    Hope this helps

    Re: Zanussi FX1465W prod 91479270500

Just been back to this one fault code E54

Possible fault:- PCB faulty/ current leakage from motor.

It was motor down to earth.

The brushes were damp inside the holders! Dried out refitted.
Motor meggered out at 9.0M ohms although with out brushes I got a reading of 356M ohms (did not have any new ones on van)

This machine was in a lean to on the side of the house “concrete floor”
    Hence the damp brushes.

    Sensitive Machines!

How can any engineer work with out a Megger it like my right arm to me?
    I am lost without it.
