your intial problem from the start seems like a faulty pump (Pump overheats and as it is part of the power circuit the machines shuts dwon)
Pump cools down & overload resets thus machine will function again.
I would be putting your original Board back in & inspecting pump operation

Power off at console
Press & Hold Wash Temp up button then press Power
To lock size into memory Press spin speed up until SPIN HOLD led is on

234 is a Lid Lock Error
Check connections at lid lock

Most common problem is broken link arms (They are arms that support hoses & loom as the drawers are pulled in & out)They brake not allowing the drawer to close properly thus not allowing the lid to come down & seal properly) Oversudsing is also the order the day as with most dishwashers nowadays
Stacking of dishes can also hinder lid come down correctly to seal
Other causes may be Lid atuators they drive the Lid up & downRe: ASHES

Bowl check error
More than likely RPS (Rotor Postion Sensor ) fault
First check that there are no clothes or foriegn objects stuck between bowls (they can prevent the bowl clutch from disengaging)

Fault code 12 is a flood protection error
Check drain pump for blockages & make sure drain hose is not kinked or is at correct level to prevent syphoning.
Are the inlet water valves on continously ?
If so check they turn off mechanically by turning power off at the wall.

From pas t experience seems like a motor controller fault(Main PCB)
If pump running all the time PCB is sending power to pump continously

Parts you listed are the same The difference in the machines are in the top deck & the wiring loom

Either display module or motor Controller module could be at faultRe: F&P Smartdrive 608 power cutting out
More than likely the drain pump
PUMP Forms part of the power circuit
Pump has a thermal cut out that resets after afew minutes when pump cools down
