Re: F&P error wont pump suspect controller

Still double check pump
Pumps can overheat and go out on overload
When pump cools Down it will then run
Just chaek that pumps not geeting to hot

HELO WROTE then you could possibly run a replacement wire on the inside of the cabinet to the pcb, which may not be massiveley noticeable
i dont know anyone who would be prepared to hack the wiring out and refoam, leads to all sorts of problems

Exactly a big Messy Job Doing That Way
My point is running The Wires EXTERNALLY

Can be caused by dry Suspension arms ( IE Arms At Each Corner of Bowl) Lubricating spirings may resolve issue

Re: F&P SmartDrive 503

Water valve fault was what I was leaning to
Cold & hot valves are Different
Cold is Part # 426143 Its A proportional valve About $45 AUD
Hot is 426122 $30.00 AUD

Slow filling is quite a common fault relating back to water valve fault
Also Check inlet hose filters are not blocked

All is Not Lost
We have had same faults down Here
Indeed has been wiring in cabjnet
You can check circuit from PCB on top of Fridge to Fan motor near compressor to confirm
If no circuit then normally wiring Fault
We have successfully overcome this problem by simply running a wiring loom down the outside rear of refridge
Doesnt look pretty but its at the back anyway

Re: Long Memories

I read with interest the newsletter concerning AIG
We have done work for them down here for quite a number of years
and can say up until now have been prompt with warranty payment work
Unlike the newsletter suggests .
The extended warranty companies keep us in work(They pay our rates Lab & RRP Parts)) and it would be a shame if they go down
