that part number is the new cut outs, but replace the NTC probe for drying P/N. 41013142 as well.

there is not a fault code reset on these, have you fitted the correct heater, production code and seriel number required to identifiy the correct heater.

that model and module is part of the free Bosch upgrade. with the old module still in does it power up, if so you can read the code from it before fitting the new module and coding it the same.

it will have low earth resistance on the motor and heater or the pump and pump triac on the module has failed.

that model number come back as a gas hob, unless it wa a hob and oven pack, you will be better off ringing GDHA for the part number tel 08448153745.

sure enough the knob will be broken, the D shaped hole where the shaft fits will be split, quite easy to fix with a cable tie, plug out if you have a go yourself..
