cant you just reset the stat with a pin? Is it the dryer unit with the tumble dryer style filter? does that need cleaning. Also is there water going to the condensing unit via the filter unit?

you have to take the whole tank off and unscrew the heater unit from the sump. Should take about an hour to do.
Im sure someone has detailed every last screw that needs to be removed if you look through past posts.Although a sad reflection on the industry, I am not that worried about welded tubs coming in. Tub jobs although big jobs actually account for a very small amount of my yearly total.(5{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} approx)
I only do about 2-3 per month, although good jobs to do most customers dont want to have them done anyway.rang technical and ordered board 481221458469, they sent me the wrong one so hopefully when i get this one it will jump back into life.

Sorry to get your hopes up havn’t got his config code, too late model. you will need a pre-configured board as these blank ones reply on you having the code. try electrolux tech to get the code.

the board i fitted was 481231019121, this one and the original has the bank of resistors on it.
I will call whirlpool tech on monday and see what they say but it looks like im not going to be able to fix this one.
This was a special order part as well so looks like i am going to be stuck with this part and be out of pocket,

One is the pre-configured, the other you have to configure yourself using binary coding, can be quite trickey to do. Did a day course on coding these modules from blank at last place of work, I would advise getting the pre-configured board. i have the config codes if you are going to do it yourself.

(you can see in the reflection of the plate there isn’t another number.

thanks johnmac11 but the model is not like that, with the number at the end: here is the photo of the rating plate, do you lot still think 3 is the configuration code ?

thanks but just checked camera 85 number is right I took a photo of the rating plate, its 858516115122, will try to upload photo on to page to see if helps.

WFL2006 does not exist, dont think that is the right model no, there is a WFL206?, sorry no help there then.
