ParticipantRe: Neff 1452 oven elements not working
Just a thought dedics , is it possible you`ve left a wire off the fan oven element because I`m pretty sure the neutral supply to the grill element is linked off of it.
If you fitted the element from the front it`s easily done , I know because I`ve done it myself 😳 .Hope that helps and power off of course :zap:

Yeah , fair enough and if boro and yourself agree then I`m sure you`re right.
What about Jim`s scenario then ❓ worth risking a motor or not.Bryan

Greg , don`t you find 95{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of the time when a motor suffers severe damage it is obviously a bit of a risk but if there is no visual signs of damage to the module as in Jim`s case it`s worth the risk of fitting a new motor.
On that other thread , motor seems to run ok apart from fast speed spin. I generally find if module has been damaged by motor fault then it results in no motor action when new motor fitted. I was going to tell him to check he hasn`t selected a slow spin speed.
No definite answer Jim but if module physically looks ok , I`d be tempted to try new motor.

Zanussi fan oven motor 3581913773 £16:49 from Masterpart , and a ridiculous £30:23 (to me) from Connect. Guess who got the order , two for the price of one nearly .

PS – Mike , you`ll need 2000 signatures for your Gold Star Award , you see its at our discretion and we can change the rules as we go along 🙄 .

Ok Andy I`ve got your private message now , 3 times 😕 , Thanks.
Problem might have been with site running a bit slow at times.Must say I`m still slightly confused by all this , Create is a registered charity and is going to profit from us Engineers undergoing NVQ training.
Anyway I`ve really heard enough on this subject and we could go on forever talking about it and probably will.I think we should probably return to what gdownes proposed and those that are interested can take it further.

Andy Reade CREATE
Andy , I don`t think you can give an overall view and unbiased opinion on what is required of this industry if your company stands to benefit from what is being suggested here regarding NVQ training. I`m not saying you`re not entitled to your opinion the same as everyone else but when it`s posted here it looks a bit like a sales pitch IMO.

boro , anyone having thoughts like this should just do it. Might be tough for the initial 6 months but when you come through that , you`ll look back and think , why didn`t I do it years ago.
Take your own calls , book them in as you like , 6 completed jobs per day and you`ll have a business to proud of. Easy peasy  . Well maybe not but with a bit of determination you can do it and you`ll get all the help you need right here.Food for thought anyway 🙂

Yes Paul , genuine and if Dave doesn`t know of a pattern then there isn`t one 😉 . You`ll need to check that price on your electrue account because they may give you a “slightly” different price but that`s another story 🙄 .

£30:43 from Connect…………I knew we`d find them cheaper for something if we kept looking long enough 😆
Mind you , that`s my price 🙄Bryan

I am going to ask one perfectly blunt question and we`re all big boys here so please don`t be offended.
Does Create stand to to benefit financially from any NVQ training that we hard working and honest Engineers may choose or be forced to undertake ❓
