According to Masterpart it`s 081561600 or better still HY14200.

Masterpart website seems to recognise that EL916 as the model no. 😕
I only checked it on the off chance because I know we have a problem with Stoves etc. part nos.

Thanks johnny , pretty sure that`s what I`m after , now where the hell do I get them from as special order and obsolete look likely 😥

Sorry Dave didn`t explain it very well. The metal cover you unscrew to give access to the energy regulators and wiring.

Thanks for the replies guys but this machine functions normally other than door interlock not releasing at the end and “1” in the display.
I would have thought pressure switch or water draining problems would have resulted in fill/spin problems 😕

The customer is doing as Mike suggested and simply switching power off to open door and washing is perfect.

Thanks for that Martin and I don`t mean to doubt you but I make it 096805 . Has this changed to 096331 or are you 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} sure they are equivalent.

Having done all of the above , how can you be sure the device is going to trip at the correct temperature 😕

Good , was Vanilla Ice not some sort of fake person/band anyway. Don`t want to be associated with that.

Oh and I hate that song.

Yes Kevin , this afternoon I had a school teacher demanding I fit in with her “home after 4:00PM” routine and it gave me great pleasure to ask her to call back when she could arrange to be home for either a AM or PM appointment. Mind you she gave some weird description of her faulty washing machine so I didn`t mind panning her off.

Never been so busy and I`m still moaning 😆

    Re: Bosch button

Final answer (from me at least 😆 ) £1:59 from Masterpart , low stock better hurry or in stock from Connect but price could be variable 😆 (1:78 to me)

Just splash out the £1:78 for a new one , Part No. – 170695
Get 2 or 3 while you`re at it because to be fair to you`re old man they break very easily.

Qualtex do auto-reset TOC’s by the way which will save recalls having to go back and press the button every time 💡 (TOC24 = 120degs TOC26 = 130degs)

I`ve seen this mentioned a few times now and I may be missing something but I have a serious safety issue with replacing a one shot device with an auto-reset one.
If the working stat (auto-reset) was to go short circuit then instead of the one-shot tripping , and requiring engineer`s attention , the dryer would be left to cycle at a higher temp. on the wrongly fitted auto-reset stat.

    Any comments on this ❓

Martin wrote:I am sure you appreciate how interlocks work and that you cannot have just one live supply and two neutrals. How will that work then?

Pretty straight forward Martin you simply have a live and neutral to the heater and the neutral is switched instead of the live.

It`s a Delonghi (same thing as Elba), you`ll find it on Mediator. Connect list the fan oven motor using their own code 5031685210809.

Phoned customer to check details and either him or I slipped an extra 1 into the model no. 😳

Sorry Dave should have been B1180-1-M PNC 944181727

Just for reference Part No. 3192085102 and of course all the pattern alternatives 😀
