Hi Press any wash programme. when it shows that menu. It shows the time left. Press the third button on the left . This will put you into the time menu. You can then select the correct time and winter or summer.

Just to Let you all know if you havent already. The Hilton is no longer taking bookings on that rate. No rooms available it states.
However the Innkeeperslodge (Chain) nearby are still offering prebooked for £35. Im use to slumbing it. 😥

Re: Admiral AC 2224 GEKB F/Frez

    Hi.
Something has gone wrong here, It sounds like they have sent you boards for the older Amana XRSS. What you need is the Control board http://lookup.partadvantage.com/lookup/maytag/6153/00040394#Its located in the top of the fridge section and can be removed by three or sometime four screws into the roof.
There are three types currently available, you can identify then by the sticker on the board. Jazz 14 – 15 and 16
For some reason there is a big price difference. The jazz 14 is half the price of the other two.
If you need any more info go to:- http://www.servicematters.com and click on the tab for old Maytag service library. You can then input the model number and get tech info.
It will need programming, but depending which board, the code is on the rating plate inside the fridge. This is shown as code. If all else fails code 05 works pretty well.
Either way these will be much cheaper than what you have been sent if theyve invoiced for the boards youve been sent. :rolls:

Re: Anybody wanna buy a washing machine factory?

Looking at these pictures makes me feel quite sad, Ive walked around that factory many times and each time there were less and less workers. It really is sad to see it being raffled off like this. That said I thought it would have been broken down and flattend long ago.

This week I think I will do the lottery with the old Hotpoint numbers.
that came from there… You never know. (well actually I probably do) but if they come up a few million could get it running again

    Re: capacitor

Hi I am of the same opinion. As long as the working voltage is higher than the original it will be OK, the important one is the capacitance rating.

Re: Amana XRSS267BW – Dispenser control panel, light blink

This is a faulty dispenser board. What area are you in I am sure I can put you in touch with a suitable Amana trained engineer…

Hi contact Pete Chitson of Vulkan Industries who supply lokring and all other equipment. Not used his number for a while but it was 077672258504. Bought most of the equipment for Maytag from him. Very obliging and will go through it all and train you in its use if required and of course you buy over a grands worth 😆
