hi never experienced this one before, is it possibly a pressure system fault, thinking the water level isnt going down?

check manifold isnt blocked either causing overfilling (hence not draining in timeout) or pressure switch being held on not dropping out to show empty.

e30 is pressure system in general, you need to go into diagnostics to check which code is stored ie, e33, e35 etc. can be leak or blockage, but could be bard or pressure switches.

pump normally fails taking out the board, take the board out of its plastic hosing and inspect for damage.

Hi yep the fans run very slowly now, acording to the service bulliten- `to reduce noise and make more efficient!` 😯 fitted one today had to double check it was running.

Hi used to work for service force, never replaced a collar allways replaced the shaft. too difficult to get off in house.

Hi 9231 isnt on my version of tds, 9230 is that is the part no. for handle, 9230 hasnt got a timer only a minute minder, on the 9232 there looks like an analogue clock timer and the buttons arnt shown seperately. If the timer is the digital with 4 push buttons and a turn knob on right part no. is 3550296036 from fm9612
