9 & 10 indicate antiflood activated, but if no water in base is refers to pressure switch not remaining `FULL` until next drain, so is there a leak on the pressure system or more probably is the machine autosyphoning dropping the water level 😕

if it washes out it isnt the bearings , rusty marks could be caused by a problem with the water supply, get a white hanki, put over the cold tap on sink and run gently for 5 mins, do same on hot tap, any problem would show on hanki, I asume the marks are not in the same place on similar garments i.e. collars, cuffs, etc.

e10 relates to water fill problem so it might not be filling on dry , and e90 is an electronic board problem,

the marks are mainly on white shirts, as I asked before, are they streaks and do they wash out. Do you tumble dry the shirt, have had instances where customers asume the washing machine has made marks but it is actually the tumble drier (especially if its a Zanussi).

need the answers to be able to help you fully. I think you can appreciate every one who is trying to assist KNOW it has nothing to do with the paddles, maybe your previous repairer should be on rogue traders.

hi is the water definetly coming from the tube? what I have done if not sure is to bend the pipe and hold it up with a cable tie, if it is the hose you can see it fills the u-bend made, but have had them leak from al over, hardest one to find was the nut on the salt pot being loose.
    godd luck on this one.

which brackets have broken? Are they the one which fit the machine to the cabinets, if so it would suggest that maybe it hasnt been installed very well 🙁

Re: DeDietrich DMP501E1.1 Trips TCO on PYRO Function

hi not very good with model no`s etc, but have had loads of single pyro ovens that the toc trips because they are not installed correctly. If they dont follow the install instructions incorrect airflow can cause the toc to trip only on pyro.

    Re: Zanussi WDJ1294 Dryer Fault

I seem to remember having a similar fault and it wasnt what you would expect. the timer and module `talk` to each other module does a lot more than motor speed control. Also does it have a seperate button for dry/half load? if so this must be depressed could be faulty.
