The module has detected no turbine rotation
Check that the water is turned on and that there is water at the inlet valve.
Check wiring between turbine and module.

Had one of these on Monday and the front weight was loose, their instruction book stated 12 month guarantee.

Never done one myself but one of the engineers told me he uses a cable tie to hold the belt on the pulley whilst fitting ??

Check the dryer heater, earth faults on these can cause some strange faults.

Yes correct Martin, just got fed up with their attitude and if I got held up and couldn’t go for some reason they used to give my wife hell on the phone.

Check the number on the label of the modules and if the same it will be the same module, used many listed for Servis on Whirlpool machines.

Looking at the listing on the Bosch site It appears that no sump is available for this model, I see that it is a common problem. This machine is only about 18 months old and installed in a small estate of about 30 houses. I understand that they all have the same appliances fitted and looks like they are not Repairable ??

Looking at circuit diagram the heater is switched via the board on the live and you should be getting a neutral feed from on/off switch and not via the board?
