Re: Whirlpool american front loading dryer dead

    Hiya,
There is a thermal fuse on the ducting, used to be white when I worked for the Whirlpool agent, this would stop the machine running. Part number 481925228115 shown for the 3rle18000jq machine. Look for that and see if it’s the same as the one you’re looking at.

    Chris,
Thank you. I couldn’t find this machine anywhere.
    You’re a star. (I know Gegsy, he’s really a penguin). 😛

    Thanks.

In the stickies, diamond h wiring, download the pdf file. It has a host of regulators and wiring.

I think it’s a 12 months guarantee on the whole machine if you do the 10 monthly payments.

    Re: Stoves hob displaying A7

Thanks Paul but nothing there similar.

I have however unearthed the meaning of this code.
    A7 = Main PCB faulty.
I’m quite sure that won’t be the technical terminology used by Stoves but close enough for me.

    Hiya,
If it’s the Whirlpool machine then 5 flashes indicates a blocked spray arm. Haven’t come across it before though.

    Hiya,
HJA8640 is Howdens Joinery. Same machine as the Diplomat ADP8640.
    I think it’s a Beko made machine.
Error 1 which may well be E1 on display, although it doesn’t state it in the documentation, is a Water inlet fault. Possible causes, faulty inlet valve, faulty water counter (flow meter?) broken wiring.

    Hiya,
    Looks like it’s a 5 led Smeg.
Two led’s on right flashing isn’t an error code.
Loads of previous posts on this so a search may throw up valuable data.
